Very, very rude and unprofessional. I ordered large soda and big mac, (big mac is free because packers won day before), didnt have my keychain because lost it a few weeks ago and all mcdonalds are out of them. All mcdonalds except this one still let you get the deal without keychain. When i was in drive thru and i told them that i had lost mine, this lady told me " too bad you cant get it free, now move along your holding up the line". there was 1 car behind me. I asked for the manager and she was standing behind her. I said did you just hear what she said to me and how she said it? She apologized for her, winked at me and told me that , she would take care of it. I really doubt anything was done. Never going there again...thanks but no thanks.
