I brought my Dell to the Greek squad and they said the motherboard was bad and I needed a new computer, and that will be $85.00, I took it to Microlink and they fixed it in one day.

While out with family decided to get more memory for my laptop, Micro Link was the first computer store I saw. Went inside and asked to have new memory for my laptop. Jim put the alleged new memory into my laptop, checked to see it showed 4GB memory, paid the $70 dollars and we went on our way. Around 2pm Monday I turned on my laptop and the screen was black, at this time I needed to leave for work. I shut laptop off, the next morning the same thing,I had my niece take to a familiar computer store, a place I trust. I paid the diagnosis fee. Once that was completed, I was informed that the memory was bad. I explained to the Tech that I just had new memory put in from Micro Link. Tech informed me that the memory was not new, I saw grey hairs to 1/2 in and it was , this was not new memory. I purchased memory from another store, I have not had any problem. I just wanted Micro Link to reimburse me the cost of diagnosis and part

I came in with broken laptop power connection and they repaired and had it back in 2 days would highly recommend these guys. Excellent work.

I took my computer to MicroLink for virus removal. They told me it would be ready the next day but I did not hear from them so I called 3 days later to see if my computer was ready. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and the entire time I could hear someone screaming and cussing at someone else. They removed the viruses and installed free anit-virus software. Within two weeks the software was outdated and my computer is infected again! I would not recommend them to anyone.
