Provided by YP.comHired them to work on a furnace for a rental property I own while out of town and they didn't finish the job. I would only hire them if you have the ability to go back behind them and ensure completion of work. When I called to complain I was told oh well too bad.

Provided by YP.comIve head of Zeratsky Extreme over the years from a few sources. Local businesses, close friends and some aquaintances. So, when my heater stopped working the other night at 2am, I put them to the test! Someone was not only available to take my call, but a service technician showed up at my house and got straight to the problem. I was warm in my bed and got a good nights rest before work in the morning. So impressed with how polite these people are and the work they did! I would recommend to ANYBODY! Dont ask me, ask anyone around! These people are amazing!

Provided by YP.comExcellent customer service. The price was about the same as the others, but Zeratsky Extreme asked more questions. I upgraded to a more energy efficient furnace and they and didn't try to sell me a larger, more expensive model that I didn't need. When I mentioned possibly wanting to put in a central air unit in the near future, they told me I could save money by installing the furnace and central air together. The original install date had to be rescheduled because there was a delay with shipping, but when it was time to do the job, they showed up on time and got the job done within the timeframe they said they would. They answered all my questions and told me they were only a phone call away if I needed anything.

Provided by YP.comI had 4 people bid my new furnace, Xtreme saved me money in three places the other guys didn't even talk about. They showed up on time, cleaned up everything when they left and even checked back after two months to see if everything was working well. The fact that they beat everybody by $180 was just an extra. Nice folks. They did what they said they were going to do and more. I'd call them again.
These guys were really good. Polite, asked more questions the other guys and seemed to really care about me down the road. We a had a small gltch a week after we had the furnace, but it ended up being operator error and they came out and fixed it after hours and didn't charge us. They cleaned up real good after the job. I'll call them again. I should mention they were also the lowest priced by almost $200.

Provided by YP.comBy far the worst contractor I have encountered in 40 plus years of construction. They will sell you a product, but forget about service after the sale. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!
Dear Sir, I’m Joe Truit, I own Extreme. I’m sorry you have chosen to say such mean spirited comments about a business we are so proud of. It bothers me that when I talk to you in person, you seem satisfied. I’m sorry we have to charge for travel time, but it’s a must in our business. When the round trip is three hours , that is time that we pay our employees. I have no way to recoup that expense and that single issue we feel does not warrant such a hurtful response. We’ve offered to meet you halfway and that wasn’t enough. We do care what you think and we’ve tried hard to satisfy you and wish you would reconsider your words. Joe
