Provided by YP.comIf it were not for my experience with the foot specialist, I would have rated my experience FIVE STARS. Dr. Cole performed 2 surgeries on me and I couldn't be more pleased with his explanations and the results of the surgeries - simply awesome! My problem with the foot specialist was that I had several visits and a total co-pay of more than $500 (visits, x-rays, cat scan, MRI) and received NO RELIEF. All I was given was a device to put on my toes. Later I went to a podiatrist and within 5 minutes he diagnosed neuroma, gave me shots and my toe is much better! Very disappointing that this was never diagnosed after multiple visits. I was told that maybe a hammer toe type of surgery would help, but no guarantees. Another friend of mine went to the same specialist and it took 12 months to diagnose his problem (and this after performing one surgery on his already). Again, this is the ONLY bad experience I have had - I would recommend Dr. Cole to any and everyone (have already done that on several occasions).

Provided by YP.comI can only comment on one doctor and his assistant at this facilty. Dr Jeff Cole performed a 4 corner fusion on my left wrist on May 7, '08. This surgery turned out to be much more than I was told by Dr Cole. After the first day, my fingers began to turn blue and tingle. I called the office and without even requesting to see me was told by Angela ( his assistant), "oh you'll be fine, you've had a big surgery, just keep it elevated". If you still have a proble, go to the emergency room. When the pain was more than I could stand by Saturday and my fingers were turning black, I met the doctor on call at the office. He stated the casting was too tight and cut some of it off. He then said I needed to come in on Monday and let Dr Cole check it out. When I called on Monday, I was told by Angela, "we have 26 patients to see today, we can't see you, you will be fine, we will see you on Friday". Never have I been treated so poorly by a doctor or his assistant. I feel as though - the surgery was done - doctor paid - now I'm on my own and its only been 1 month since surgery. Please do your homework before letting this doctor operate on you, his bedside manner leaves alot to be desired, not to mention the rudeness of his assistant. Both need a few classes in compassion. Wrist is still swollen and painful, I pray that it heals properly.
