      Oh my gosh, I loved this place! The dry ribs were the best I've ever had in my life. Great sides, and outstanding ribs.

      A local favorite of mine

      The service is amazing and the food is out of this world. I have lived in Memphis for more than 20 years and I can say that this is the best BBQ place in Memphis, without any doubt. The Apple pie is great, too. Enjoy the famous wet ribs.

      Corky s BBQ specializes in slow-cooked, Memphis-style barbecued meat and ribs. The restaurant uses both open and closed barbecue pits with hickory chips and charcoal to cook meats at low temperatures. Its menu features pork shoulder, chicken, sausage, beef brisket, tamales and spaghetti. Corky s BBQ serves fries, cole slaw, baked beans and potato salad as side items. The restaurant s desserts include fudge pie and peach cobbler. It sells party packs and bulk items, as well as caters special events for businesses, churches, schools and civic organizations. The interior of Corky s establishments showcase barn wood walls, neon signs, polished brass and aged brick. The restaurant was established in 1984 and has two locations in Memphis.
