I finally had someone who bothered to listen to what I had to say. I didn't feel rushed

get involved by telling the lady that shes very unprofessional, but I then stopped her and said she wasnt worth it. While all of this was going on Dr. Low didnt even come out- and her office door was wide open and she had heard everything. I would never go back, in fact Im making a formal complaint about this office and Ill be going on each site and Ill be tying up a review. My suggestion to you and to anyone you know who may want to see her is- dont! Your going in there to better your mental health, and then you have to deal with these two obnoxious receptionists and a doctor who doesnt care that your time is just as valuable as hers.

told the receptionist that I dont want to see Dr. Low, I want my ten dollars back (my co-pay), no one talks to me like that. So the receptionist looked at me, (I said again you dont talk to people like that. And one of the ladies also said in the back ground Yeah that was rude!) she then took out the envelope with money very slowly and gave me my ten dollars back. I then said Ok, so thats it, I dont want to be charged a bill in the mail. The receptionist then stared at me as if she wanted to kill me and then said Ive been nothing but nice to you. First of all, she should have apologized to me and asked me if I wanted to talk to Dr. Low- not try to talk to me on a personal level, shes at work. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. So I then said are you kidding? Youve been giving me an attitude since I got here, I had an 8pm appointment and now its 8:45 and you never even apologized to me for that. My mother then tried to

never apologized. So as my mother sat back down we waited- now its 8:45pm and the two ladies came out of the office, and as they were leaving they were saying goodbye to us. As they were leaving I realized I knew one of them. So I started talking to them right as they were walking out the door- so me and these two girls were trying to figure out where we knew each other from. Maybe the conversation was 3 to 4 minutes the longest (and no one has called my name to be seen all though the door was kept open to the office, which Im sure was an innuendo to just walk in, but regardless no one called my name) and all of a sudden I see Dr. Low come out and just look at me and then she walked back in and then the receptionist comes out and says Ok, thats it, enough, time to get in there the doctors waiting for you (and SNAPPED HER FINGERS). So I, my mother and the two ladies just looked at each other and I said did that really just happen? I dont think so. So I went up to the window and

ladies who informed us the office is always running late- was then seen (Which the receptionists never informed me about, she only said the man who was going to be seen for 15 minutes was ahead of me- no one else). I was upset at this point because I didnt realize these ladies were patients, I thought maybe they were waiting for someone who was being seen. So once the ladies were in the office my mother went up to the receptionists and asked if this is how it was always going to be (an 8 pm appointment really means a 9pm appointment) and the receptionist first of all never apologized on behalf of Dr. Low in fact she didnt even acknowledge my mother when she asked her a question. She was looking at her computer screen in the beginning and then looked at my mother and then responded with an attitude explaining to my mother that the man who was seen before me had an emergency and had to be seen and that unexpected things like that do happen (totally understandable) and she went on but

Awful, just awful. I had an 8pm appointment (my first appointment with her) and after I filled out my paperwork I was finished around 8:05pm (When I attempted to hand the receptionists the paper work back, no one even took it from me, the two receptionists were together, looking at each others cell phones, so I had to reach through the window and put the paper work on their desk) and then I saw that a patient was walking into the doctors office- so I assumed a session is generally 30 minutes to an hour, so I asked the receptionist (politely) if I was going to be seen at 9 since a patient just walked in there- the receptionist said no, hes only going to be in there for 15 minutes. I said ok. So I sat down and waited with my mom. Two other ladies were also waiting for the doctor and had informed me and my mom that this office is always running late. So I and my mom decided to wait it out. The patient was in the doctors office for 25 minutes, not 15. Once the patient left, the two
