I do not recommend Vitesse Moving. Go to other websites such as their facebook page, yelp, etc... and read reviews there also. It started off great Anna was fast to respond and very nice. Then there is Brad the guy you make your reservation with also a very nice man. From there everything went downhill. There were two guys who showed up to move us. One guy was very nice and professional the other guy was lazy smoking and on his cell phone lots of the time. It should have been under a 4 hour move to move a one bedroom condo. We ended up paying for over 6 hours. I moved approx. 40 boxes from the second floor downstairs to save us time and money all they had to do was load them on the truck. What they had left to bring downstairs was 1 couch, 8 boxes, a few coffee tables. The couch which is the issue took 2 hours to get downstairs. It was a sofa bed, they have put the blame on me for the damage that was done to the couch that I did not mention I had a sofa bed. It didn't take 3 people to bring the couch up why would I think it would take 3 people to take it down. The movers who are supposed to be the professional's did not secure the sofa bed, it came out half way down the stairs they shoved it back in and bent the frame so it is now not working it will not come out or go back in properly. So much for a bonded and insured company, they denied my claim for a repair so now I am out a couch after this move. If you read the reviews there are similar complaints anything that is difficult to move they do not have the skills to safely move your furniture without damage. So if you are moving anything besides boxes BEWARE!!!! It would be worth spending a little more money with a better company. We tried to save a small amount and ended up paying $600 anyway because they took so long and now have to buy a new couch. If I wouldn't have already moved all the boxes downstairs who knows how much more we would have had to pay.

Best movers in entire CHhicago area. They are extremely attentive and professional. Got some tasty pizza for me too.
