      I recommend avoiding All Brand Appliance

      I recommend you stay away from All Brand Appliance (518-441-0130). My Electrolux Washer & Dryer is under warranty so they set up the appointment for me while I waited on the phone, but they gave me the appliance place's phone number in case I needed to call, which I did. He was gruff, said that he is the only one who sets up his appointments, and that he would never come to my house. In case anyone is interested in the details, see below.

      The conversation went like this
      ME: Hi! This is _______. I’m calling because you’re scheduled to come to my house tomorrow. I’m calling for two reasons. Are you the right person to talk to?
      HIM: Yeah (gruffly)
      ME: There were 2 work orders done for my washer and dryer, but I think I figured out the washer problem so we only need to keep the work order for the dryer. Also, they said you should be here between noon and 5pm, but they sent an email saying you'd be here between 8am and 5pm and...
      HIM: (interrupting and gruffly asking) Who is they?
      ME: Electrolux
      HIM: (sounding mad) Electrolux doesn’t make my appointments. I make my appointments! (stressing the I)
      ME: Well, I am not really sure I would want you coming to my house. You kind of sound like a jerk.
      HIM: I am not a jerk. And you should be ashamed of yourself for saying that. I have a cold.
      ME: (calmly) I didn’t call you a jerk. I said you sound like one. I wasn’t saying it because you sound nasally [he didn't]. I’m saying it because of the attitude in your voice since I’ve called.
      HIM: I would NEVER come to your house! Have a good day...

      He didn't hang up and neither did I. I was shaken up so I let myself calm down, looked up my notes for Electrolux's number and then asked him if he'd like the Electrolux number I called. Then, without a response, he disengaged the phone.

      Called Electrolux about it. They were understanding and scheduled me with someone else. I look forward to when it's not under warranty and I can use one of the better sounding appliance repair services that have heard about.
