Our visit was nothing but wonderful at this Waffle House . All of the waitresses were very accommodating, We were treated as guest and left feeling pretty good. It's very unusual to have so many nice people In one place, I needed directions to the nursery we were going to visit the waitress called them and wrote down very good directions. Most important we had not eaten breakfast and it was 1;30 in the afternoon , we had pulled into the hotel at 3:30am and was too tired to even think of food. We slept till 1pm headedto waffle house . On the trip back to Tennessee we talked about the places we had eaten in the keys , and the restaurants we enjoyed the most. Overall the Waffle House may not be the classiest place on our trip but that's not what impressed us it was the people at work that provided excellent customer service. While dining at approx. 8p.m. 12/11/12. My wife and I selected 8 song on the juke box ordered our food as the restaurant cleared of other patrons. Yet, with all the yelling back and forth across the restaurant by the crew it was BY FAR the most unpleasant visit we've had at our favorite place for a simple, reliable,satisfying, meal. The service was not what we are use to either. We make it a point 2 to 3 times per month on average to stop in. HOPE YOU VISIT IS THE NORM.
