0Very pleased with their service. I brought my vehicle in at 8:15 and was out before 3:30. They let me know exactly what needed to be done and gave me a price before they did any work. They also let me know of some potential problems I could have in the future but didn't push me to get them fixed because they were things I could take care of myself. Overall I was very pleased and won't hesitate to take my vehicle back when I need a repair.
Very impressed overall with Foreign Car Clinic. Was on a long-distance trip when my alternator broke down and I checked out these guys who already had positive reviews and were AAA approved. They were honest, professional, and completed the work same day with very good prices. Even gave me a ride to and from my hotel where I was stranded. These guys were good samaritans to an out-of-town guy. If I lived in the area, this is the place I would go to for all my business. Best to Tim and Bruce!
On a long road trip and got stranded in Melbourne with a malfunctioning alternator. Foreign Car Clinic completed the job the same day at a very reasonable price, and even gave me a ride to and from the hotel. These guys are good samaritans, and if I lived in the area I would go to their shop for all my VW repair. Many thanks to Bruce and Tim!

My family and I have been using the Foreign Car Clinic for over 20 years. When some of the other chain shops are trying to upsell the service bill, Bruce does only what is necessary and informs you of the repairs and costs before he proceeds. Telling me that all I needed to correct an electrical problem with my car was to tighten a loose ground wire to the frame, instead of a new battery, starter and generator, was all I needed to be a customer for life.
My wife and I have used this facility for maintenance of our several vehicles (1975 & 1978 Mercedes 300 Ds, 1987 VW Jetta Diesel, & 2002 Jetta TDI) for many years. The techni-cal competence of Bruce Wiliams and his staff cannot be impugned, nor exaggerated. The service is friendly and reasonably priced; in addition, whenever we needed prompt attention to our vehicles because of circumstances beyond our control, we were willingly accommodated.
Foreign Car Clinic does not offer you doughnuts and coffee in a chrome and plush waiting room; instead, you will be served timely and comprehensive attention to your maintenance needs.
We have a 2004 Honda Pilot. One day my wife went to the drive-thru at the local Wendy's. When she pulled away, the power window would not go up.
The next day we contacted Greg and Bruce at Foreign Car Clinic. They diagnosed and repaired the window quickly. They both went out of their way to accommodate us and our schedule to get the job done.
This was our second visit. The first was when the AC stopped working (again on the Pilot). Bruce felt sorry for my wife and insisted on getting it fixed immediately.
One thing I should point out is that I am a tight-wad and I always look for the best deal for the money. Foreign Car Clinic always wins...always.

One of my pet peeves with some auto repair places is the way they try to find more repairs than you need to pad the bill. I never run into that with Bruce and the guys at Foreign Car Clinic. They find the problem, give me choices, and leave the hard sell behind. They're fair, they care, and they're always there.

This is a fair and honest shop. They only do the repairs that your car needs. The service manager and owner are experienced repair technicians themselves not high pressure salesmen on commision. Their technicians are ASE certified and collectively have over 150 years in experience. They have been in business for over 25 years at the same location in Melbourne. They are a AAA Approved Auto Repair shop. They are also a Bosch Car Service Center. They are members of the Melbourne Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Council and Automotive Service Association.
