Although I have seen the benefits of her work, I notice that she does not give time between clients, therefor cutting into the time, which she seems to end early. I am paying for the full time, and expect the full time. When I mentioned that that I felt she cut me short, she was very snappy and rude, telling me she had already thrown the needle away. She has always been short on her time I notice, and very short and unfriendly. I feel she needs to work on her people skills, and due to her rudeness and failure to give me the time I have paid for, I am taking my business elsewhere.

Rose Marie is professional, friendly, knowledgable and she cares about her clients. The value of the service compared to the price is a steal. She is realistic when she sets the timeline for treatments and does not gouge her customers; she is very honest. Rose Marie does work quickly while paying attention to the details; her work is excellent!! I have never had an issue with scheduling an appointment - she works with you to find a time that fits your and her schedules. I have electrolysis treatments for others and they do not compare to Rose Marie. I only wish I would have found her sooner - the other places were a waste of my time and money. If you are looking for effective hair removal, quality service and a person you feel comfortable with then I recommend Electroylsis by Rose Marie.

The office is clean and hygienic. Rose Marie uses rubber gloves and a surgical mask during the procedure. During the session one reclines horizontally on a flat chair with your legs slightly raised on a cushion. She uses a magnifying glass with a surrounding light to more easily see the hairs. I have always found her to be courteous and solicitous about my well-being during sessions. If you are concerned about the level of pain experienced while undergoing electrolysis there are various over-the-counter pain relievers available. Because Rose Marie works alone she may occasionally answer a telephone call during a session. She always quickly concludes the call by reminding the caller of having someone in the chair so it is never detrimental to a client's time. Overall I am satisfied to be having electrolysis performed. So if you would like to remove any unwanted hair you may want to inquire into electrolysis by Rose Marie.

Her place is very clean. She is very professional. The best part is that she is very fast and proficient. She has a really good follicle kill rate that more than makes up the 1 or 2 minutes you might lose by tight scheduling. I've been to others that wouldn't be able keep up Rose Marie!
