After paying an optimal amount for a new custom computer, Ibrahim kept my old one and used several of the parts in the one that had to be replaced within months. He also lied about the new one having a graphics card. But it didn't, and when the graphics crashed I lost tens of thousands of dollars in documents. He was also caught by MicroSoft for selling custom computers and using an unregistered copy of MS Word ... which he also out in my CPU (an incomplete copy of Word 2002, no less) after I asked him to built it with the latest version. He told me to go out and buy whatever I wanted. Check him out

Scam. Ordered a custom computer and instead received a computer with none of the parts I requested. Then the owner refused a refund instead offered 75% of what i paid him for a restocking fee. I would have gladly paid a 25% restocking fee if he had given me the computer i asked for and not tried to defraud me. He then lied to my bank when I processed a charge-back and told them I refused to tell him what the issue was with the computer as well as saying he did give me the correct parts I had asked for. They were incredibly nice when taking my money but incredibly rude when I confronted them about defrauding me.

I have had my computers built by this store for years and every system works great. Unfortuneatly many of the other customers that come into small shops like this one have already been refused by larger stores and try to blame user error on the owner of this shop. I have personaly been in the store when a customer accused Abe of erasing windows, and making their laptop crash after a week, when Abe pointed out that the computer wouldnt work a single day without the OS installed the customer threw a fit and accused him of theft...... Sometimes the customers are the ones causing the issue, but if you just listen to Abe and acknowldge that he might know more than you, then you will never have an issue, and your computers will work flawlessly.

The best service I had at computer world.they are very honest people.the fastest service you can get is over there.i recommend strongly this store because they are very reasonable with the price and very friendly.i like this place I always fix my computers there.
