I wouldn't waste my time and money on this school...It is owned by the same person that owns Merritt Island Academy of Cosmetology so I'm sure they are the same. This "for profit" academy teaches 3 basic (outdated, ancient) haircuts in a 1 week period. Well, actually, there is only 1 day of cutting hair. After that, you do services on elderly and/or low income "clients" with sometimes very bad hygiene for 8-12 months, 7 hours a day with little or no instruction. The teachers are rude, and condescending. In MY opinion, the facility is nasty and outdated. The owner is in business for one thing...to make money. They just want free labor for their nasty salon. I do NOT recommend this school!!!
