Starting as a trade shop in 1979, servicing over 100 stores, the Basch family has always had hard work, the vision of the customer, and family values at the foundation of their business. “Don Basch Jewelers has been family owned and operated since day one, and we instill those family values in the way we do business. Don and Denise Basch have 5 children, their four sons Donny, Daniel, Dennis and Dustin who have all joined the family business and one daughter Dayna who is a licensed professional counselor. “We have four boys following in our footsteps and have taught them proper values and work ethic and gave them the opportunity to learn hands-on how rewarding it is to be a part of our customers occasions. Ensuring a happy and satisfied customer allows us to transition them from customers to friends.” says Don Basch. Don stands firm on putting the customer first and making each persons experience the best possible by adhearing to strict values and educating their customers to give them the knowledge and confidence they need to make the right jewelry selection and purchase. Along with being known for their selection of quality jewelry and exceptional customer service, all repairs are done in-house by Don himself and his team of experienced bench jewelers.
