I would like to take a moment to thank the entire staff at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home with a special note of thanks to Norman and Carmella. I lost my grandmother last week and although I was blessed enough to spend 48 years with her, I was crushed. Now what do I do? Carmella answered the phone and immediately put me at ease with kind-heartedness and reassurance. She could not have been more accommodating, even changing her schedule for the remainder of the day to assist our family. I could not believe how much progress was made in first 24 hours relieving me of so much stress. Carmella and her team took care of everything and I mean everything, allowing our family to use this time to heal. I asked her a thousand questions and every single one was answered thoroughly and with compassion. As a police officer for 20 years and also serving in the military for 30+ years I unfortunately have attended too many funerals to count. I could not believe how professional everything was handled and my grandmother looked BEAUTIFUL! I must have told them ten times how perfect everything was and the compliments I received from family and friends were priceless. My grandmother would have been so proud and again I could not thank Norm and Carmella enough.
