I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case. Main breaker blew at 4:30pm on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. No power. Found this service and called, expecting nothing. Less than 10 minutes later, received a call from Gary (one of the principals). Less than two hours later, and after a few followup calls on their part (very rare thse days) , he was at my home, fixing my problem. He was thorough, consciencious, and got the job done on time at a fair price. Could have had a disaster on my hands, but this family owned company really came through. Thoroughly recommend and will be using them for larger electrical projects in my home.
0First, let me tell you that I'm a 57 year old, semi-handicapped widow with a VERY limited income. Mr. Engesser first came in May to give me an estimate at which time I could not afford and asked if he accepted Discover Card at which time he did not. My electrical problem was so dangerous that he became visually upset with the situation. About a week late, Mr. Engesser called to inform me that the company now accepts Discover Card. I really don't know if that was a coincidence, but I'd like to think that it wasn't (: ). Not only did Mr. Engesser work with me on scheduling AND RE-scheduling ,but he actually gave me a VERY fair price. My nephew who is experienced in electrical work, but is not certified told me for what needed to be done that the price was VERY fair. I would recommend Mr. Engesser anytime. Thank you, Mr.Engesser, for being a great family business.
Home was damaged by lightning.Called 3 electricians total. Left messages with 2 companies, never called back.GE Family actually picked up the phone! Came out promptly. Involved me in the diagnosis and possible solutions. Repaired efficiently. Left me with a very reasonable bill.-Pierre

It's a family owned small business. The owner is directly involved with everything, and the mechanics are the best. They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the finished project. Call 'em. I bet you will have a similar experience. The price was competitive too and right on budget.
