Issa Mahmoud, the owner of K&G Furniture, is a scam artist. I had some furniture on lay-away and when I went to make a payment (after calling and getting no answer), the furniture store was completely empty. I asked the Mall's manager when he had moved and she couldn't tell me much but the fact that one morning all his stuff was gone. No one knows of him. She also stated that there are alot of people in the same situation. Issa changed all his phone numbers so there is no way of reaching him. I never got a call from him or his staff informing me of the store closing in order for me to get a refund. If the same thing happen to you get in contact with me. I want to find out how many people he has scammed and maybe take him to court. Issa did mention he lived in New Hampshire, he may have another store there. If anyone else knows of information that can help me track him please get in contact with me.

These people are scam artists. It has been 6+ weeks & they have yet to deliver my 85 year old's furniture. We called SO many times & they refuse to give a refund. The owner, Issa, was very rude to my relative (yelled) who accompanied my aunt when he asked about the furniture. Stay away from this place. This place is a scam. I would not be surprised if the good reviews are from them. They also go by J&G, probably to fool people because there are so many complaints of fraud by this company.

Great service!! I bought some stuff from their catalogs and they delivered sooner than I expected. They even called me to schedule days before the delivery. Good job guys!!!!

AWESOME SERVICE. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO EXPLAIN YOU EVERYTHING WHEN YOU ORDER STUFF. CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING. REASONABLE PRICES ON MY BED AND THEY EVEN DELIVERED IT AND THEY SET IT UP FOR ME. THE DELIVERY GUYS ARE GREAT THEY EVEN HELPED ME OUT THE OLD BED OUT.

The guy who works for this furniture company is a snake. His name is Iscis . He was suppose to deliver my furnitures to my house so many times kept cancel canceling. There are times he promised he would come but wouldn't show up. A month later when he came to deliver my stuff he start putting it together, and somehow he didn't carry the right tool with him so he said he'll be back tomorrow and finish ! Come to find out he never ever came back to finish putting my furniture together ! Seriously people, please please don't ever go there ! These people are FRAUDSSSSSS !! Would report them to business of bureau but couldn't seem to find the store listing on the website .

At first when I got to their place I thought that they are over priced or something like that cause they are at a mall. But when I started to look at their furniture I realized that their prices weren't high as I imagined. Bought some stuff from them and it took them 1 day to deliver. Great service guys, thanks....

Great prices and fast delivery. Can't complain about this store. The guys who are the store knows about the stuff they have. I ordered some stuff from the catalogs and it came within a couple of days and they had me aware of everything and they delivered as they promised.

Terrible customer service..... irresponsible..

I bought a futon and they were supposed to deliver that as per deal. They said they will be delivering Friday, they never show up and even didn't call me. Then after couple of days they said they are delivering Tuesday..... then Wednesday.... they never show up even they didn't call me. I keep on calling time and again missed my three days of work and Finally they showed up Thursday, they never apologized for what happened and never explained reason for not delivering/ responding to a loyal customer... they don't know what is importance of time... simply keep out of them...terrible.
