I've been taking medical cabs for well over a decade. I can't tell you how many appointments I have missed or been late for over the years. FINALLY I found A1,THANK GOD! A1 has the best service of any company I've ever used. The drivers are polite and professional,always get me to my appointments on time and(unlike any other medical cab service)they will pick you back up in a reasonable time frame.If they are going to be a minute they will tell you how long. I am so happy to be confident I can make all my appointments.They truly are the best the Capital Region has to offer and I've never met a driver that wasn't pleasant and helpful when needed.
