Let's see where should I begin. When I moved in I was told that the apartment complex was in the process of re-doing and upgrading the complex and all the enterances to the apartments, to include re-painting, new walk ways, etc. That was January 2011 and now its October 2011. They just started something. But, I am not sure what it is. I am still waiting to see these so called big improvements. I moved here because I needed to save money and wanted to be closer to work. And since I was made promises about changes and renovations I felt that it would be a good fit for me. Boy, was I wrong. First, I was shown one of the apartments that looked pretty nice and thought that it was what I would be getting. Then I saw the pictures of the complex on the computer and that too made me want to move here. Well, that was until I moved in. The apartment I live in now is much different then what I was shown. I feel as if I had just been involved in a "Bait and Switch' situation.

These apt are not great at all. There is mold in the kitchen cabinets, leaks in certain places that you will not notice and by the time you know its leaking you have mold on your wall, when you call for things to be fixed you wait for ever and sometimes you call the management and ask when are they coming to fix the stuff in your apt they say oh we forgot to put the w/o in or act like you never called. The manager is really nice in the begining but when you signed the lease and in the apt for a while SHE BECOMES VERY RUDE!!!! also by law they are suppose to let you know about entering the apt sometimes they just walk right in without your consent or your knowledge. please if you are planning to move in please go around first and speak to neighbors, they will tell you the truth about this place. It seems great in the begining but its not. Read all reviews. if its good review they wrote it.
