Very unprofessional and would never recommend. My parents called them out for an estimate and they called as they were in the wrong driveway. He proceeded to peel out of that driveway and over to theirs. He was rude speaking to my mother when he got there. Walked around wrote down somethings. She asked how to contact them, he shoved a piece of paper in her face and said here this is how you contact me. He also was talking to her chest and not to her face. I will say he is lucky that myself or my father was not home. This is not how you operate a business.

The crew swears alot and they don't care who can hear them (i.e. children). They have no reguards for children playing in the areas they are servicing, they do, I believe, a minium 55 mph in a residential neighborhood. They do not clean up the mess they leave in the neighbors yards

Lenk's provided a free estimate within 24 hours of calling. Cost to remove two trees and their stumps were very reasonable and lowest of the three estimates I obtained. Work was completed in about an hour and a half for cutting down and removing the trees. Everything removed and lawn was left clean of all debris. Stump removal guy arrived on a Sunday several days later. All work completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommended. Only complaint....it would have been nice to be called ahead when they were going to arrive; especially the Sunday morning stump removal.

I called Lenk's to remove two medium size hemlock trees. A person was out within 24 hours do do an estimate and the crew arrived about a week later to remove the trees and stumps. Quick and efficient. Took the crew about 1.5 hours to remove the two trees, each about 30-40 foot tall. All branches and debris were removed. The stump grinding team arrived about two days later and made quick work of the stumps. They did a nice job of protecting nearby flowers while maneuvering the two different stump grinding machines. Very reasonable price for the tree removal and the stump grinding. Much less than I anticipated. ($180 per tree for removal and $50 each for stump removal)



My only complaint would be the two crews showed up unannounced and started working. I suppose a phone call when they would be coming would be nice but then they were in and out so quickly, who can really complain. The stump grinding was done on a Sunday because they were trying to get caught up with all the recent storm damage work they had done.

I am very displeased with this company. I had them estimate to have two trees removed and one trimmed. ($2100 total) On the day of the appointment I took off so that I could be there when they did the work. No one showed up. I called the office around 10:00 am and the woman that answered said that she gave her husband the wrong listing of houses that day and that the crew would be there the next morning. I understood that accidents happen and called to take off the next day. They once again did not show up. I called and they said that they needed additional equipment and would schedule for the next week. I have now waited two weeks since the appointment and they give me the same excuse each time. This is a highly disappointing experience. If this company did not want the job, just say it. It is very unprofessional and disrespectful to treat customers this way. Customers beware.

Would highly recommend. Very professional and willing to do a little extra for the same price originally quoted. I would definitely use them again.
