      This place is wonderful

      I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and still am having a lot of problems. I heard how much water therapy helps. I have started my 3rd week there. I paid an extra $20 for the personal assessment to help me with my shoulder exercises. With this they discuss the goals you have for yourself and give you a brief assessment of your physical abilities. Then they put together a workout program. Everyday I go in, the trainer who gave me my program checks with me to see how I am doing. She suggests modifications based on how my shoulders are feeling that day.Everyone who works there is always very nice, always smiling and makes you feel very welcome. So far, in just 2 weeks, I have lost several inches over all and 5 lbs. I look forward to my workouts everyday.
