Mr Fitzwater did an excellent job of helping troubleshoot and repair my computer. He will be my first stop for any future computer problems.
I was very pleased with the service Bob provided. He was able to retrieve data off a failing hard drive and transfer it to an external hard drive. The turn around time was a few short days and he is very reasonably priced.
My computer came down with a nasty virus. Bob was able to cure it and had the computer back to me sooner than I expected.
Five stars for Bob. The hard drive in my old Dell computer crashed. My whole life was on it. Two other local repair shops were unable to help me. I found Bob and he was able to retrieve the files from it. He put the files on an external drive for me so I could transfer them to a new computer. Thank you Bob.
I am so glad I found Bob to fix my computer. My old Dell is running better than new. I asked Bob how we could make it better after it crashed. Bob restored my data and transferred it to my new and bigger hard drive at a reasonable cost. Upgraded my 32 bit OS to 64 bit using 8 Gig instead of 4 Gig of RAM. The parts cost was more than the cost of his labor. After I got it home I had no start bar,(different monitor at home) I called Bob and in a few minutes, I found out how well my computer works, faster than ever, and better than new at a fraction of the cost.. Thank You Bob, I will definitely recommend you to all my friends.
Awesome service. Needed work done on an older PC that was running very slow. I passed Bob's Computer on my way home and always saw his sign out front of his house. I checked on yp and saw the other high rated comments he received and knowing he was in the neighborhood I thought I would check it out. Well it was the best thing I have done in a long time .. I dropped my PC off and like Bob said, it would be done in 24-48 hrs. True to his word and he did excellent work, updating my programs to latest version, removed old anti virus and out dated software and provided a detailed statement of all his work. Bob was highly professional, friendly and he explained everything to me so I could understand. AND his prices were more than reasonable. Well worth going to Bob, someone you can trust and rely on, I would highly recommend!!!!
I found Bob's Computer service to be both timely, helpful and very reasonably priced. He quickly repaired my failing keypad on my laptop. I also had him remove a computer virus from our other laptop. I would highly recommend him.

My hard drive crashed and Bob was able to recover all the data. I was impressed by his friendly professional demeanor and that he called to update me on his progress throughout the project. I highly recommend Bob if you are in need of help with your computer!

My computer's hard drive crashed. I had photos and movies of my children, music and documents. All of these things were very important to me. I took it to a large national shop to see what could be done. Unfortunately I was told the hard drive was a complete loss. Years of memories lost because I never thought of making a copy of them. A friend recommended I try Bob's Computer Services. A day after I dropped it off he called and told me he recovered the files. I was so happy my friend told me about him. I recommend him to anyone with a computer issue. If I could I would give Bob 6 stars. Tony from Dillsburg BTW, I now backup my computer files regularly.

I recommend Bob to anyone having issues with their computer. He is courteous and will treat you with respect. I had a great experience with him. He was able to remove the viruses that had crippled my laptop.
I had a laptop that was beyond repair, with data stuck on the hard drive. Bob was able to retrieve for me the data that I needed from the machine. Bob is courteous, professional, and prompt with his service. I would recommend Bob for anyone having an issue with their computer. Thanks again Bob!
Bob did a really good job fixing my computer! His service is fast and my computer is working like it's brand new. I recommend him to all.
I will be telling my friends about Bob's Computer Services. I have taken my computer to him twice and both times I receive my computer back at the time he promised. I would not trust my sick computer to anyone but him.
I am so thankful for Bob's help. We recently purchased a new Windows 7 computer and it became infected with viruses. Bob repaired it and told me how to "stay safe" on the internet, so as not to get infected again. I had a great experience dealing with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
My laptop was giving me errors about the hard drive going bad. I had Bob look at it and he discovered a virus was giving me the errors. He cleaned the virus off and the hard drive was fine after all. I had the laptop back within 24 hours. 5 Stars for Bob's Computer Services!
Bob even worked on my system over the Fourth of July weekend! It was done on Sunday (I dropped it off Friday evening). I really appreciate how detailed he was in explaining what was going on with my computer and how to prevent if happening again. I'm sure I'll need more help at some point, so I'll definitely be back!
