Used to be a great store, but not anymore. After the previous owner passed away, service has gone downhill. The staff seems to hate being there, and they want to make sure their customers know it. They routinely run bait and switch adds, the sales ladies sit behind the counter, ignore the customers, and treat people rudely. If you ask for help they make it clear you are interfering with whatever it is they were doing (usually talking with each other). When you do finally get service, they refuse to look at you, and generally make you feel unwelcome.



There are other stores in the area, and they now get my business.

My husband and I stopped at the Boot Box to purchase a coat and boots. After selecting our merchandise, my husband asked if they had any wallets, one of the clerks pointed to a counter. My husband stood there for 5 minutes waiting for assistance not one of 3 clerks standing by near by asked if they could assistance him. We then paid for our purchases and there was no thank you from the cashier or anything she just handed him his receipt. Boot Box needs to give their staff lessons on how to be courteous to their customers and how to smile. I will say they do have great merchandise.

I do not like at all the dead animals all over the store. There is some place to park. It's not located on a hill.
