We asked John to inspect our 1930’s brick home we were purchasing. Much of this home is original, yet John was well versed on it all. His 57-page report documented the current condition of the home, and highlighted areas that could be of concern now or in the future, helping us prioritize any areas needing improvement. His emailed version of the report we found helpful to store in our cloud, and all the photos of the roof clear down to the crawl spaces are wonderful to have. We were already in love with our new home; John helped us feel more secure (and informed) about purchasing it.
