Worst billing department I've ever experienced in health care. Office clerk acknowledged the billing error by attributing it to a "certification issue" ... two months later I'm back at square one having to explain the issue/error to yet another person. RUN AWAY

Finally got through to the Billing Department and actually thought we were able to resolve a billing error to everyone s satisfaction only to be re-billed the next two month. RUN AWAY unless you want to spend the next several months clarifying/fixing billing issues. I will gladly update this posting and correct any misunderstanding if someone from the Billing Department will contact me to explain my latest bill (obviously my letters requesting an explanation aren t working)
