Before joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2017, Jesus Romero had a successful career in his native Venezuela. After earning a Master's degree in Financial Management from National Experimental University of Guayana (UNEG) in 2003, he was a manager and CEO for the second largest company in the country. "I joined American Income Life because of the endless opportunity for growth that AIL offers," Jesus recalls. "I'm uniquely qualified to head an Agency because of the management and leadership skills I developed in my previous career. I pursued this particular opportunity to help and guide those who want to join the American Income Life team," he adds. What's most rewarding about the AIL experience for Jesus? "Becoming a Supervising Agent in only two months with an Agency that generated one million dollars in premium in only seven months is a great accomplishment," he states. "But what's most rewarding for me personally is the opportunity to lead my own Agency.
