They are absolutely awful!
Requested that our awning be put up in April. It's May 29TH and it's STILL not up! The same thing happened last year and it wasn't installed until mid June. This company has gone down the tubes in the past few years.
There is NO COMMUNICATION from them either!
I wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy!

We have had them for years.
They used to be a good company.
We paid them WAY early to have our awning up in April.
The woman who works at the office , who by the way , is very snippy informed us that even though we paid early they wouldn't be able to put the awning up till May.
Well it's Memorial Day weekend and still no awning.
And no word when it will be put up if ever.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I just received a letter stating that Indutex would no longer be installing or removing awnings because they can't find reliable workers to do so. In the past they just used the excuse of "weather" to explain delays. They have gone downhill over the years and I agree that the woman who works in the office is snippy. They make you sign this restrictive policy of theirs and then they don't follow through on their end.

Service is terrible. They used to be a good company but have gone rapidly gone down hill. We were just told that they wouldn't be able to put up our awning this year - after about a 6 week delay. Totally unacceptable. Find another company to work with.
