The person that helped me choose a gown for my sons wedding was very helpful. I spent $480.00 on a beautiful gown. I trusted the seamstress they gave me for $130.00 worth of alterations. She ruined the dress. Everything she sewed was puckered badly. The tiers were supposed to be hemmed equally. One was 2" in the back and 4" in the front. When I saw it and said "what happened to my dress!", everyone ran away. The seamstress told me "to iron it" and "chiffon is hard to sew on". She also told me that she has finished 2 weeks after she got it, which meant she knew what a horrible job she had done and had time to fix it and chose not to. Katherine returned my money for the alterations. Big deal, I have an expensive gown that looks horrible. This was the wedding of my only child. I had to run out and find an other dress at the last minute.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Kathryn's Bridal. I originally had an appointment at another shop to try on dresses, and when we showed up to our appointment we found out the business had closed! All of my family was together for this event. We started calling shop after shop getting denied for a last minute appointment, and low and behold Kathryn's was happy to have us come! They reserved a spot for all of the 7 ladies in my group and treated me with superb customer service. They are so welcoming and patient. I decided on a dress and placed the order, later second guessing my decision and calling Kathryn's in a panic hoping they would let me exchange the dress, they had no problem with it at all! They let me come back the next day and try on dresses (unscheduled appointment) again! I was able to find the dress of my dreams and walked out so so happy. Thank you Kathryn's for being so accommodating and understanding! I would highly recommend this shop to any bride looking for a personalized experience with excellent service.

We went there and they had beautiful dresses and the ladies were very helpful and so nice--they always zipped upthe dress, took off dresses off mannequins for meto try on, etc.

I went to Kathryn's to look for my wedding dress. I was a little nervous and not sure of what I wanted. Melissa was so patient and had great knowledge and insight about the dresses and the fit. I would recommend this shop over shops I went to in both Milwaukee and Chicago.

I came to Kathryn's on a Thursday night and the store was very busy. We were welcomed in and the appointment was started. I found many dresses that I wanted to try on, most of the dresses by the designer, Maggie Sutton. I was in love with 5 but Amy, my consultant, helped me narrow it down. My absolute favorite. Jessica was cool too and helped me accessorize me to complete the look.

Great experience I even cried. So happy I found my dress at Kathryn's. My consultant was amazing.

I loved this store! I came in just wanting to look at their bridal gowns and ended up purchasing one! Stacey was my consultant and she was very nice, no pressure, and let us take our time with everything. She wasn't pushy at all, which happens with other larger bridal shops. I love my entire experience at Kathryn's and would recommend them to any bride!
