Very nice people own this business. Always helpful.
I love the customer support this courier service is offering. You can follow-up on the status of your delivery and there are customer care representatives that are attentive and knowledgeable.
Disgusting service. Very rude and do not know how to use their own machines.
I've worked at a UPS Store in Florida for a few years and have gone through technology over time over there. I had a picture-- that was very important to us-- to be resized. It's a simple 15 seconds of choosing on the printer what settings you want and that's it. The lady obviously had no idea what to do and I offered to show her and she pretty much snapped at me/generally acted rude when I spoke to her - then watched to see if I stepped away. Like it was something private! That machine is even on the customer side of the building- the open floor- not the employee side!
If you obviously don't know what to do, then don't offer to do it. Even said, "We do what the customer wants." How??
Seriously. Customer service lessons would go a long way here.. or in one ear and out the other.
