Worst place I ever rented, I had mold, roaches, and the material breaking easily, management takes half a year to fix issues or never fix at all.

This is the worst apartment complex ever. The price per unit is very high and you get very little for what you pay. The apartments have been built very cheaply and have frequent issues. Furthermore, the management of the apartment are very rude and unhelpful. Their communication is poor and often results in miscommunication. If you are looking for a place to live in McAllen, keep looking.

These apartments are the worst choice I ever made! They are renovated, but as cheap as possible. Our first night there a pipe burst in the wall and they gave us no emergency contact information! Every time we needed a repair it took forever and one time they even left our door open. When the repairs were made they were done really crappy! They did painting on your balcony one time without even telling us and ripped down all of my decorations and threw my outside furniture in the heater room and painted it shut! PET DEPOSIT IS $500! RIDICULOUS!THEN IT IS $40 A MONTH FOR EACH PET! NOT SO PET FRIENDLY AFTER ALL. None of the visitors park in the visitor parking and they even park in the reserved space sometimes. Good luck on finding parking if you get home late at night from work or a night out. The parking lot is just terrible in general with potholes and ugly speed bumps. There are tons of children who live on the property and there parents let them run everywhere. They scream all the time! The cheap old washer in our apartment would always stay hot and then when they fixed that the dryer would make our clothes wet if we took a shower. Then when they fixed that the dryer would melt our clothes. The fridge never cooled properly! We could never buy dairy because temp in the fridge changed so much that it would rot withing a few days! We would open our fridge and the food would be sweating! The stove was old and burned everything I tried to bake in it! They tried to cheat us out of part of our deposit by saying we had reserved parking the whole time we lived there and never paid for it. It took them awhile to admit to their mistake. When we were shown an apartment the microwave was built in and everything looked much nicer than our actual apartment. This is just some of the things that happened to us and that we experienced here. The girls running it are too young and inexperienced. MOST MISERABLE APARTMENTS!

$795/ month plus 40/month for a crappy washer and dryer plus 30/month for water plus 40 bucks/month if you have dog $500 deposit if you have dog plus 15/month if you want your own parking



This is just my experience here maybe people had a better experience, but this was mine. Hope this helps.
