Very professional and right up front about how it works and what it costs. I liked the fact that they didn't try to sell me anything - just explained the things that I wanted to hear about. Treatments (I've done laser hair removal and the spray tanning) are done on-time (no waiting) and with attention to detail. The spray tan was probably the best I've ever had. Nobody knew it was fake.
