Mr. Aulakh possesses a Juris Doctor (1992, Howard University School of Law), a Master of Accountancy (1986, George Washington University) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (1984, University of Maryland, College Park). He is a member of District of Columbia and State of Maryland bars. He was born in India, and spent his formative years in London and Glasgow.
