I just wanted to thank the staff, and especially Dr. Angela Keffer, for the extra special care they gave me and my boyfriend when we had to put our dear Tigger to sleep a few weeks ago. The attention and affection that was provided to my sick kitty was so caring and sweet and I can't even put it into words. Everyone was so careful, gentle and kind and I appreciate you all so much. We got a card in the mail the other day. It wasn't a generic sympathy card. Everyone signed the sweet card and IN ADDITION, they had included a heavier stock card with a wonderful saying and with Tigger's paw print on it! I thought that was above and beyond and so special. I took my dog to Robinson Animal Hospital with a perceived problem, and I could not be happier with the treatment he received. Dr. Katie and the Vet Tech, Heather were wonderful! They were so kind, and really put my dog at ease. They actually got down on the floor to do the exam, as to not stress him further by putting him on a table. I read another review stating that RAH was expensive, but I did not find that to be the case. I am so pleased and thankful for the care my dog received today. I highly recommend Robinson Animal Hospital - I cannot say enough good things about it!

Robinson animal hospital is great. The two ladies at the front desk a very helpful and fun to talk to. They Dr.'s are fantastic. They were great when I had to put my cat down. Very understanding.

Wonderful people! I have been taking my dogs and cats here for over 10 yrs. The doctors & staff are all very knowledgeable, caring and professional. I especially recommend Dr. Kate (Ronczka). My dogs can be difficult to treat. She is always gentle, patient and calming.

Our dog is deathly afraid of the vet but the staff at Animal Hospital are so patient and friendly. We can't take her anywhere else. We love the Animal Hospital and are so glad with our service there.

This animal hospital is just incredible. We began seeing Dr. Henkel after our neighbor's daughter found a sick cat in their yard and he took it in to their kennel, nursed her back to health and found her a home. That was all we needed to hear to know he was a kind, compassionate veterinarian. We then began seeing Dr. Perantala, who has since relocated--and I never thought the office would be able to replace her. They fooled us! Dr. Ronzca is wonderful and enthusiastic and listens to all our concerns, and Dr. Keffer is just as great. This place employs doctors with an unwavering love of animals. They work hard to make pets and owners comfortable--and I always feel they treat my guys (four cats) like they're members of my family.I recommend this office every single chance I get! I don't know what we'll do if we ever move away from Pittsburgh--I don't think they could be replaced!Additionally, the office is large, clean and efficient. This is a big plus to me!

I wouldn't take my rabbits anywhere else! I always trust Dr. Keffer, she is excellent with my rabbit, and gives the best care and advice. All of staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have never had a better veterinary experience anywhere! I really trust their care. I would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone I know who has taken their pets to Dr. Henkel and his staff cannot say enough good things about them. His business has mushroomed through good, honest word of mouth advertising. Caring, knowledgeable, skillful pet care. Exceptional handling of the passing on/euthanasia of a pet also. I have taken four cats to them and am very sad to be leaving them due to a job relocation in North Carolina. Pet techs and office staff a pleasure to work with.
