Filling in hairline cracks in the cement, filling in holes on brick walls or replacing loose mortar are common problems we specialize in. Our efficient re-caulking and re-coating will eliminate cracks and holes on your brick walls. Untreated damage on your masonry walls can lead to further damage thus a more costly repair is needed. After tuckpointing or brick and block repairs are completed, we can apply waterproof coatings to solve virtually any negative-side water infiltration issues. Rounding out the range of total building envelope maintenance is another of Showers Building Restoration's core services; sealant and caulking application. We will install or replace caulk or sealants in any type building opening, interior or exterior, and at virtually any height or configuration.
