      They just completed installing wood floors in our whole house. Had issues with their supplier not ensuring the grading of the wood. The 3rd order from a US company was good. Installers did a fair job, but the joints are ill-planned. Next I would insist that an installer use "racking" or similar techique to ensure joints are randomly placed.
