The worst post office by far. They will always make you come to the post office to get any package big or small. Lazy people there for sure.

The post office in Maumelle, Ar is the worst one in the states.

Beware of this post office. I called about a package that Dillards reported delivered. The first person I spoke to was very nice and helpful. He reported, regretfully, that the mail person had scanned the package in the post office parking lot and that he would definitely be able to check what actually happened. I didn't hear back so I called again, late in the day. The lady I talked to started the snow job...well it's Christmas and it might take a while. I said, well you already have it delivered to my mailbox, but it's not there. By now I'm really annoyed and she got the manager on the phone, who start with, "Let me tell you what happened". I said, "no let me tell you what happen." He said, "Ma'am, I am 60 years old and you cannot talk ro me like that." And the he proceeded to lie to me about how they attempted to deliver the package. When I pointed out that they recorded delivery to my mailbox, he blustered and said, well maybe it was returned to Dillards. Indeed, it was returned to Dillards. When we received the package...finally, the package was way too large to even fit in my mailbox. So not only is this post office the most likely post office to lose your package but they are liars too!

I hate this post office...they close too early and want even attempt to deliver small packages to your door. I've had to call the 800 number so many times.

Very fast, reliable and acuriate!
