Founded in 1904, Dana Holding has strategic alliances with various companies, including Eaton Corporation, GETRAG and Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems. Michael J. Burns has been the chief executive officer of Dana for more than two years. He has been with the consumer products company for over two years. Burns earned a BS from Kettering University, and a MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Dana Holding is headquartered in Maumee, Ohio.
