Electricians are great in getting service back in but in-house customer service is horrible. Late fees are charged when not warranted. If you pay your bills late routinely, you deserve a late fee. If your bill was paid 24 hours late due to issues beyond your control, late fee should be waived by cmec as a courtesy.
