      Meat’s Meat food truck & BBQ shop. Located on Long Island’s North Fork serving up traditional barbecue done right: low and slow. Please know that no corners are cut in the making of our food. Everything is made in-house, by hand, from scratch by Pit Master Larry ‘Meat’ Mondello. Two trucks strong, and our new barbecue shop is located in Mattituck.
