During our trip from the Chicago area to Ann Arbor, driving our 10-yr-old Yukon XL completely filled with back-to-campus belongings, the vehicle died on I-94 just outside Kalamazoo MI. It was approx. 2:00 pm on the Friday of Labor Day Weekend. We used our cell phone to locate several local auto repair businesses hoping to find one that would tow and repair our vehicle that afternoon, but the only one willing to take on the challenge that holiday afternoon was Rossman's. Everyone else said they couldn't help us until the following Tuesday. Rossman's came promptly to tow us, completed a diagnostic, ordered the parts (offered new and used options), and ultimately completed the task in a very professional, courteous, and cost effective manner. They even offered a free ride to the local eatery while the work was being done. We felt their service could not have been better.
