Kiddie U is by far the best child care facility in West Michigan. The owners/teachers/staff really care for the children...and not just the children they care for the whole family. Some of the staff may be young, but unlike other child care facilities they do not have a high turnover ratio. I have had to have my children in daycare/preschool since they were 6 weeks old and out of the 5 centers that we have used Kiddie U is THE BEST!!

Kiddie u is a wonderful preschool and childcare center filled with teachers that truly care for the best interest of the children. Some of the teachers are younger but my children seem to love all of the teachers and comes home happy every day

This place has had the state out for licensing violations! Not enough staff in rooms. Dangerous for the children. The staff is very young. Not all rooms have certified teachers. See the state website for licensing rules so you no if they are being followed in this place. Be careful if you choose kiddi u. They are all about the money and not safety.

Kiddie U is a loving, caring, positive enviornment for my child. He's been attending for 2+ years and we have never had a problem. They are greating at teaching him things and he always comes home happy. They do have some younger people working there, high school/college age, but they are mixed in with college educated/trained lead teachers and are always fun, professional, and as energetic as my little guy. Keep up the great work Kiddie U.

Kiddie U is the best childcare facility I have ever been to. The children are happy, the adults function well, and are all very good with the kids. The managers are always willing to help and seem to strive for constant improvement to satisfy the needs of parents. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a healthy and comfortable learning environment for their children. This is not a daycare, this is a preschool. They also seem well organized with curriculum and teachers are always there to talk to. All of the employees know every child also! It is well rounded to say the least.

Kiddie u is not over ratio if they were over ratio then the state would shut them downa ctually and the workers in each room consist of one lead teacher whom must have a degree and 1 to 2 teacher aids. The owners are very respectable and wonderful to work for. Its a wonderful place for any child.

This center needs lots of work! When I was dealing with them, I found that most of their staff consisted of high-schoolers who were far too immature to be watching my children. Add in the facts that they often had too high of a child to caregiver ratio (exceeded state guidelines!) and the manager was just rude, I would not recommend them to any of my friends!!

They have a wonderful staff that is wonderful with the kids and adults too! My kids love going to Kiddie U and I would recommend them for your kids too!
