      There are two studio apartments facing the water, each with a queen bed, and kitchen area that has a fridge, large convection oven, two-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, crockpot, and toaster. There are two studio apartments on the waterside, one with a king bed, the other a queen bed, they have the same kitchen and amenities as the street side rooms. They also share a deck that is just steps away from the seawall and fire pit. There is also a larger two-bedroom, two-bath cottage on the property as well. This cottage also has a pullout full bed sofa. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher included, and garbage disposal. The living and dining area are an open floor plan, with a large slider that opens out to a private deck facing the sea wall.
