Went in today to get one percription filled for my son who was in the car waiting. He was sick with a fever of 102. Very rude lady took the percription said it would be an hour. I looked around only 2 people waiting ahead of me. Four ladies working behind the counter laughing and talking about their weekend. Needless to say I complained to the manger all he said was sorry. I left the store contacted Walgreens had the percreption sent to them was waiting on me when I arrived . Worst, slowest, and unprofessional pharmacy ever. Never Again

On July 11th, 2014 I went to this CVS, as I usually do.. They filled my prescription and I went home, only to find it was the wrong amount of pills. I returned to CVS to get things sorted out. The pharmacist said I could only get a certain amount of pills- not the amount of pill I thought I would get according to my script. When she tried to explain why, I was confused. I kept asking her to explain it in a different way so I could understand. Suddenly, another pharmacist (I'm assuming the head pharmacist by the way he acted) came over and said "It's simple math lady. Figure it out. It's not rocket science." I was offended, and I told him "It's rude to insult the intelligence of your customer" and he started yelling at me, trying to justify his words by saying I was stupid for not understanding, and that I should just get over what he said. I tried to tell him again "You shouldn't insult me", but now the first lady pharmacist chimed in saying "Why are you yelling at us? It's your fault", and eventually every pharmacist in the back was yelling insults at me, blaming me. I have anxiety and I started to have panic attack. I had already paid for my medication so I ran off down the aisles of the CVS. I got about half way to the front when my panic attack took over, and I fell to the floor hyperventilating. I know the pharmacists saw, I was right in front of them. No one came to help me. Eventually, a customer noticed me and called 911. I was taken to the hospital, and treated for a severe anxiety attack. This CVS has always been rude to me, and after this experience, I started to go to Volunteer Pharmacy instead.This CVS is just awful, don;t give them your time or money. In fact, it seems the whole company's corrupt, because when I filed a complaint on the CVS website, a regional manager called me, and talked as if she didn't even care about my treatment at her employees hands- she only cared about how many pills I got. I didn't call her back- there's no point talking to people who don't care. These guys are the worst of the worst.

I am very disappointed in the pharmacy department at this cvs for over a year now every time we try to get a prescription filled or call on a refill you have to wait even when you call ahead for refill and give them at least 8 hours it's never ready. Forget having a prescription filled n a timely fashion. My husband had surgery this morning and he is supposed to start on the antibiotic this afternoon they needed to have 2 +hours to fill. I'm just glad he did not need his pain medication quickly. This is our designated pharmacy by our insurance. With gas prices it is not much fun making 2 or 3 trips for needed medicine.

Worst, slowest, and unprofessional pharmacy ever.

Took longer in the pharmacy to fill the medicine which was 1hour and 30 minutes than the ER which took only 45 minutes. Told the pharmacist that I would return in the morning to pick up the prescription. Got there the next day after lunch and said they still didn't have it filled. Had to wait another 30 for it to be filled. Will go to Walgreen's next time. Never will be back.

Very disappointed with this store when it comes to the pharmacy. Called in my prescription at 6AM and stated that I would pick it up at 6PM. I went in 8PM and my prescription was not ready. This has happened several times over last 6 months. Why ask when you plan to pick it up, if it is not going to be ready? This store needs a better system when refilling prescriptions. Their customer service is terrible!!!

Extremely disappointing. Called in a refill four hours ago, two trips there already, and it is still not filled. Apparantly a problem with their system today. I could understand if I hadn't had the exact same problem last month when a Dr called in a prescription and I had to make three trips there before I got it.
