Brian did a Will for me recently. It was extremely easy. He gave me a flat for it, had me fill out some information paperwork for him, and then when i came in to meet with him he already had the Will typed up and ready to discuss it with me and make sure it was how i wanted it. He was also very friendly. Compared to over Attorneys iv worked with I liked him a lot.

Awesome attorney. Before I ever paid him, we discussed my case, what happened, what all the legal speak meant, all the possible scenarios the defense might bring, what he thought he could do in each scenario, and what the possible outcomes were. Not only did he leave me the option of if I wanted to even hire and pay him, he also left me the choice of what strategy I wanted to use based on my desired outcome. In a time when I was clueless and scared, he made me feel better explaing everything to me and easing my fears. In the end, I got a better result then even he thought possible.

This guy seems to have no ethics. Every single thing that he can dream up to bill you for, he will, and charge you interest if not paid instantly. As for service, it is non-existent. He is basically a very expensive mail box for passing on demands from opposing counsel. Do not be expecting any advice, or at least be expecting to at least pay more for it. As far as I can see, his entire way of working is to maximize his hours in any way possible, then charge you for it accordingly.

lied to washington state bar about the facts. Billed me for items never to be used in my case.Charged me for office call and every bit of information we disscussed during our hour long session. has turned me in to Credit Bureu recently after being paid a monthly payment for the last year and a half. told me he would help me free after the last $5000.00 payment , because he said I needed to win for the sake of my granddaughter, .he made a big deal out of in his office . Charged me for the envelpe I dropped off regarding my case. He never did help me ,

After being turned into the state bar he told them i had employed them for four different cases.. the guy is nuts. He failed to take off the last $5000.00 payment off my bill contunued to bill me charging me maximum interest. when questioned about not removing the %5000.00 he used my son's recent death as my confusion. i design tents and tent cities for the United Stated Armed forces. My othe son has been to Iraq three times as a medic. I know what I am doing this guy lied and is a cheat.
