      Very comfy family owned diner serving up classic breakfast & lunch fare! The pancakes were great, bacon was just crispy enough, & the hash browns were delicious! Very fair pricing with the amount and quality of food served! Try em' folks!

      Hilary's Roadhouse recently transferred ownership to a new family from St. Louis. New owner Barbara Keith and her sons, Executive Chef Jeremiah Phillips & Chef Tim Phillips are currently working to update and add new flavors to the diner. With over 25 years experience in Gourmet and classic American cooking Chef Jeremiah has been working hard to revitalize the menu. New specials being produced weekly with fresh ingredients from local vendors.
