Have been here several times. They catered a work event and did a great job. Lunch always seems to be good. Can be a little busy with kids at times

I come here at least 2 times a week because I work in the area. When paying for my check, the waitress accidentally charged my card another customers amount which was $20 more. I called the next day when I noticed it on my account and called to speak with the manager JR. He looked up the receipt number and stated he’ll return my call after he investigated it. When he called back he stated he would apply the difference back on my card. Well that was 2 weeks ago and nothing was returned. When I called 4 other times I was placed on hold more than 10 mins each. Although it’s $20 its more the principle of the matter and how unprofessional the managers are to not return any of my calls or voice-mails. Me nor my co-workers will return back here. Very disappointed

the restaurant does not accept reservations or call ahead seating. you may have to wait 10 minutes or 2 hours.

dave & buster is not all the hype it has the waters are badd they dont write down what you order. they are very slow with every thing.

Dave and Buster's has the Worst customer service. I took a group of kids there for my son's birthday and my son had the worst experience ever on his birthday. The server was very rude, and the managers didn't make it any better. When I complained they said" we're not going to take any sides". What happened to the customers always being right. The server slammed the drinks on table, I will never visit that place again.

D&B is a great place for good ole family fun. The food is outstanding and the eat and play combo is great for the kids. I'm 28yrs old and I had as much fun and entertainment as my 6yr old daughter!

The service was horrible, it was my self and my boy friend. We waited about 15 minutes before anyone even greeted us, and we were not even upset then, we understood that they were busy. Then after we ordered and got our drinks our food came out by someone else who was very nice, but during our entire meal we didn't see our waitress once, not even for drink refills. This made me very upset, and we had to track her down just to get our check... we should have just left. Food wasn't all that great, I would imagine if we went back hopefully we would have a better experience, or else I would be worried about them staying in business.

Dave & Busters is a unique dining experience. The restaurant itself is very contemporary, and the menu offers a wide variety of decent food. In the back is a huge game room with games for kids and adults. It's a fun place to go for the family or with groups.

My family went here for a cousins b-day party and we all had a great time - young and old. We also had dinner and we all really enjoyed the food!!
