Only gave 1 star bc there wasnt an option to give no stars!! Ripped off my 70 YO deaf father-in-law on not just 1 but 2 chevy trucks!! If this review would allow me to post the pics I would. Ihave never seen an engine so poorly taken care of and yet still sold. The sludge in his engine of the 2nd truck came out look like grape jelly that was black!! Not only is he still making payments, he just had to have the entire engine replaced costing over $3,500.00!! Way to go Tri-Star, I hope karma bites you in the ass and your business falls on its face!! Sincerely, a pissed off daughter in law...

I recently bought a Nissan from this dealer. And while test driving it I told them the Check Engine Light was on. They said they would fix it. They did not. They "Cleared it" not fixed it. They said if it came back on to bring the car back. And we did and now they don't want to bother with the codes showing up. And they say they don't cover what is wrong withit. Why should they come out of pocket? What? I am sorry you said bring it back to fix it. And NOW you are not going to fix it. This is the second car we got from this dealer. You would think they would want to make a repeat customer happy with a repair. Not the case. Will pick up car and have to fix it ourselves. Very disappointed in the service we got this time around.

over priced for junk cars.. and they try to rip you off saying you missed payments but can't give you an exact date of when you missed it. They gave 3 different dates for 1 missed(supposedly) payment..
