Don't go here!!! They ruined my wife's engagement ring and won't fix it. The staff was clueless. The manager acts snooty (not sure why, he's a manager at a jewelry store in the mall; you would think that would be humbling). They sent the ring away to be sized, when it came back there were marks on it, so, they sent it back again. Now, after getting it back, the ring was thinned out on the bottom to the point that it looks like it is going to snap. They would like to send it back to the same place to be corrected. When asked if there was somewhere else to send it the manager then got irritated and went on to say the issues with the ring weren't really that bad. "Weren't really that bad"?!?!?!?! It's my wife's engagement ring, there should not be any issues with it at all. We called customer service and the woman on the phone was just as much of a waste, if not more. Bottom line: Don't shop here. The jewelry really isn't that good and there is no customer service.
