Got my nails done on a thursday and did not even last for half a week!!!

The guy who did my nails this time did better work than the other guy but his customer service was terrible! I never felt so uncomfortable. They spoke their language so I could not understand, but he was looking at me and laughing while they spoke. HOW RUDE! I felt like I was being tlaked about the whole time! Not only that but children are always in there running wild. I could not relax when I had my eyebrows waxed because one of their girls was riding her bike in circles near my chair! That's right, I said bike! What ever happened to proffessionalism??? I gave it one star instead of zero only because the pedicure room was pretty.

I went in for a basic trim, which has always been $15.00 and ended up paying $40.00 for it! Plus a tip!

Curious to know if anyone else has noticed the "floating" prices at this salon. I called to check prices before going in and was quoted a price, then charged $10 more than the quote! Same happened on a return visit for a fill in. No 2 people are charged the same!!! What's up with this? Prices are definitely not as posted in the salon or what customers are being told on inquiry. Besides that the work is very poor. My nails were filed down so thin that I yelled because it was burning through the nail to my skin. Now it looks like areas of dried blood under my nails. I will not be going back to this salon.
