Paul Milligan of Milligan & Sons Garage did work on my car. My fiancee was using the vehicle and got stuck. The work Paul did to the vehicle I found out by the Nissan dealership later was not done at all. Someone other than Paul tell me why the dealership has to lie about that. Nissan took pictures believe me if I could post it I would. The part was the original and rusted out. Tell me Paul .. how does a part 2 weeks old look and act like the original..old and not working. Paul.. why won't you ever call me back. I wasn't irate or irrational I just wanted a receipt for the tow and the work you said you did.. which he refuses to provide. Says he now needs to charge the tax .. why maybe because he never did it legitimately. I called him calmly to discuss all this and he hung up on me says he will call me back but calls my fiancee within seconds. I told my fiancee not to talk to Paul again because Paul gets very irate yelling at him.. the dealership and anyone else he gets called out on about this situation. Paul called the Nissan dealership and cussed this man out on the phone the guy told me when i went to pay again for the work that Paul was supposed to do.I actually gave Paul an opportunity to discuss this between ourselves to resolve but now that Paul won't call back, discuss this like a true business owner I am going to see if I can get charges brought against him..maybe for theft by deception.. i will find out by the police after i speak with them. He says he bought the parts from the dealer. How come they have no record of it and you won't provide us a receipt. Guess we will find out. I will definitely keep everyone posted. I am so sure Paul is going to spew a lie or two he has already and I am ready with the evidence. That says a thousand words.. at least that what the law says.
